TermiPore PCO Training in Ghaziabad

Advancing Termite Control Knowledge and Practices

On 28th August 2025, TermiPore conducted a specialized five-hour training program for Pest Control Operators (PCOs) in Ghaziabad. The session brought together over 70 participants representing more than 40 pest control companies from across the NCR region and North Uttar Pradesh.

The objective of this program was to empower PCOs with technical expertise, updated product knowledge, and deeper insights into termite management practices.

1.   About the Training Program

We have conducted many such technical training sessions in India and abroad, the details of some are in the following links (add the links of such blogs on training)

However, this was the first time such a training session was conducted in NCR or North India – a program dedicated to understanding reticulation. So far, many PCOs are using and installing ATRS but without a full understanding of its benefits or how to install it for a trouble-free injection even after many years

  • Duration: 5 hours (morning to late afternoon).
  • Attendees: 70+ professionals from 40+ PCOs.
  • Coverage: Technical knowledge, entomology, live demonstrations, and case discussions.
  • Goal: To strengthen the scientific and practical capabilities of pest management professionals in handling termite challenges using advanced systems.

2. Lead Trainers and Their Expertise

The program was led by three domain experts:

  • Mr. Pranav Rachh – TermiPore (delivered in-depth knowledge on anti-termite reticulation systems and installations).
  • Mr. Ravi Vyas – Entomologist, Premier Pest Control Pvt. Ltd., Delhi (covered scientific aspects of termite colonies and their behaviour).
  • Mr. Ramesh Verma – Dolpphin Facility Management (shared field experience on installation and maintenance of ATRS).

3. Technical Sessions Conducted by Pranav Rachh & Ramesh Verma covered these areas

3.1 Benefits of Anti-Termite Reticulation System (ATRS) – How prevention of termites is now much easier with such a system and how this system is a win-win deal for everyone because it is useful for homeowners, PCOs, and Builders. 3.2 Current Products in Reticulation Systems – What are the products currently being used in ATRS and their Pros and Cons, which helped the audience decide which products to use and which are not suitable for using in termite treatment. 3.3 Why TermiPore is a preferred product of thousands of PCOs

This section highlighted how TermiPore product quality, technical knowhow and its quality systems are making it the preferred product and brand for ATRS in India and overseas. Read more @ https://termipore.blogspot.com/2025/01/for-anti-termite-reticulation-why.html

3.4 Installation Guidance – Pre, During & Post Construction

This section was the longest and most important where step by step proper installation method was explained to the attendees. All their doubts were cleared with a thorough Q&A session

3.5 Precautions to Avoid Failures –As an extension of installation, common mistakes and pitfalls were discussed using live site examples

3.6 Testing the System After Installation – The importance of testing the system and how to test it as well as demonstrate it to the clients was shown properly. https://youtu.be/BaNpdZITomg

3.7 Best Practices for Termiticide Injection – The system is useful only when injected with termiticide every few years. This being critical to long term benefits, this section was taken in extreme detail as well.

4. Scientific Session by Ravi Vyas

Mr Ravi Vyas of Premier Pest Control Pvt Ltd shared his insights into termite behaviour

4.1 Types of Termite Colonies – Explaining primary and secondary colonies

4.2 Peculiar Behaviour of Termites – How termite workers and Queen interact

4.3 Movement and Foraging Patterns – How they are able to break hard material barriers like plastic in their search for cellulose takes them wherever there is wood, cloth or paper

4.4 Real Case Studies – Including some examples where termites were found in places where no one would expect to search for them

5. Participant Engagement & Learning

  • Interactive Q&A sessions helped participants clarify doubts on field challenges.
  • Live demonstrations provided hands-on understanding of testing and chemical injection methods.
  • Discussions among PCOs facilitated knowledge sharing on common problems and solutions.

6. Feedback & Impact

The 70 participants appreciated the mix of scientific depth and practical field applicability. Many highlighted how this training will improve their ability to:

  • Plan TermiPore installations more effectively.
  • Educate clients with proper explanation of why the installation is recommended in a particular way.
  • Reduce installation errors and system failures.

7. Looking Ahead

This training in Ghaziabad is part of TermiPore’s ongoing effort to strengthen professional capabilities in pest control across India. More sessions are planned in the coming months in other key cities with other key knowledge partners
